The mission of Expert Medical Consultants, Inc. (EMC) is to promote fair, objective and consistent expert medical witness testimony by expert medical consultants reviewing all medical records, depositions and trial testimony presented inmedical malpractice litigation and trials.  These processes take place only at the conclusion of litigation to determine the appropriate and fair testimony related to national standards of care.  As a result of electronic medical records review and analysis, reduction in frivolous expert testimony, reductions in patient injury via medical malpractice avoidance education, reduction in the trial court medical malpractice overload and reductions in defensive medicine costs will ensue.
