General EMC Business operating plan

The general office structure of Expert Medical Consultants, inc. to to complement the planned business operation as a "Virtual company."  Recognizing that we have busy physicians as our primary clients spread over 50 states mandates this plan.  Provisions are being made and software programs are nearing completion to provide all of the necessary business functions, physician meetings, peer review evaluations and medical specialty committees via electronic teleconferences utilizing the latest innovations in video and audio systems to accomplish these functions. This plan will also accommodate the need to do extensive medico-legal  research and to provide education in the expert medical education field. Collaboration between physician evaluators will occur across the country at their convenience and via their computers without the need for them to have.  We estimate that we will be able to manage the business functions centrally utilizing these tools with an office staff of less than 12 for a physician membership totaling 2,500 expert consultant members.
